Getting your loadout fast has always been an important goal in Warzone, as it doesn’t just allow you to use your weapons of choice instead of floor loot, but it also gives you your favored Perks and Equipment.
Players often rely on getting Contracts done quickly to earn enough money to purchase a loadout Drop. However, popular CoD content creator IceManIsaac has revealed a pro tip for getting your loadout guns extremely fast.
By utilizing the Squad Assemble bonus that was introduced in Season 3, landing with your teammates on a pinged location will grant you and your squad bonus XP and a Supply UAV. This Supply UAV will reveal all the cache crates within the area, including the red loadout cache.
Doing this on drop will give you your two favorite weapons from the start of the game, allowing you to dominate surrounding enemies as you’ll likely have a better setup than them. Just make sure your desired loadout is set as your favorite, as those will be the guns that the red cache will give you.
The only downside to this is that you need to be playing and communicating with a squad in Duos, Trios, or Quads to do it. However, IceManIsaac also has a great tactic for getting it done in Solos too.
If you prefer being a lone wolf, you can do the same tactic by dropping at a hot POI like Superstore and looting up until you reach $2,000. Once you have the funds, go to a Buy Station and purchase the Supply UAV. Pop the UAV and get to the red cache as quickly as possible to receive your loadout guns.
It’s not as quick as it is with the Squad Assemble bonus, but it’s still an extremely fast way to get your custom guns when playing solo.
You may get unlucky and find that the loadout supply box has been taken, but it’s still worth doing each game as chances are you’ll get to it first more often than not.
IceManIsaac calls it an “advanced tip” that lets you get a fast start and dominate from the drop. Keep this in mind when dropping in for Season 5 Reloaded, which could end the STG44‘s dominance and open up the meta.
