MW3 and Warzone have been treated to plenty of events throughout Season 3, from High Trip and Blaze Up to Vi.Rus Mainframe. Now, the devs have revealed U Assist Veterans, the latest crossover with Call of Duty Endowment, a program that looks to find veterans work after returning from war.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Warzone and MW3 U Assist Veterans event, including the start date.
Warzone & MW3 U Assist Veterans event start date
The MW3 and Warzone U Assist Veterans event begins on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM BST. This is also the same day that Vi.Rus Mainframe comes to an end, so players will be able to finish one in-game activity and hop straight into another.
It hasn’t been confirmed how long the event will run for, but based on previous ones it’s likely to last for one or two weeks.
How to get free rewards in Warzone & MW3 U Assist Veterans event
MW3 and Warzone players can earn free rewards by completing a series of challenges during the U Assist Veterans event. While some events have simply tasked you with earning XP, the in-game menus revealed that this one will have more specific requirements.
“This Military Appreciation Month, complete the Call of Duty Endowment: U Assist Veterans Challenge presented by USAA to help US and UK military veterans navigate their career search while earning rewards,” says the description on the ‘Events’ tab.
However, we won’t know exactly what the challenges are until the event kicks off on May 8, so we’ll be sure to update this section with more details once they’re announced.
MW3 & Warzone U Assist Veterans event expected rewards
The rewards for the MW3 and Warzone U Assist Veterans event haven’t been revealed, but the main prize for completing every challenge is likely to be a free camo. Meanwhile, there will be smaller rewards for each individual objective.
