Season 1 Reloaded has seen a wide variety of weapon changes significantly shifting the game’s meta. Warzone expert JGOD has shared the new meta following the mid-season update’s buffs and nerfs.

Warzone’s Season 1 Reloaded update brought a ton of new content for players to enjoy. Among them, the mid-season update also carried multiple weapon changes, including the long-awaited MTZ Interceptor and WSP Swarm nerfs, intending to significantly shift the game’s meta.

With Warzone having a huge arsenal of weapons to select from, choosing the best ones after a major update can be difficult. Luckily, Warzone content creator JGOD has shared some interesting weapon choices that could take over the long and close-range meta following the update.

While JGOD mentions a ton of weapon options in a January 19 video, a few of them stand out thanks to their overall stats. For close range, the expert picked Season 1 Reloaded’s HRM-9 SMG, as he considered it “100% meta” and on par with the WSP Swarm. For long-range, the fan-favorite RAM-7 AR takes the top spot, thanks to its nonexistent visual recoil.
