Best meta guns in Warzone
10. MTZ-762
Before the Season 2 update, the MTZ-762 managed to increase its popularity in the game thanks to its impressive damage potential and little to no recoil. Despite other long-range options that have been favored, it’s a still top option that can outgun almost any other AR or BR in the game.
9. MCW
The MCW experienced a rise in popularity given recent nerfs to the competition.
Veteran CoD players will recognize the MCW given its powerful damage and low recoil in multiplayer. Despite going unnoticed at the beginning of Warzone, the mid-season buffs propelled it into a competitive weapon in the game.
Similar to MW3’s multiplayer, this AR has almost no recoil, excellent damage output, and a high rate of fire, allowing you to have an advantage over your enemies at mid and long ranges.
8. KATT-AMR
The KATT-AMR is currently one of the best Warzone Sniper Rifles to use, alongside the XRK Stalker, the MW3 weapon is also a great pick thanks to its incredible damage output and range.
One-shot kill Sniper Rifles are back in all of their glory in Urzikstan, so if Sniping with heavy weapons is your preferred playstyle, the KATT-AMR is your best bet.
7. SVA 545
The SVA 545 is an easy-to-use Assault Rifle in Warzone.
The SVA 545 is an extremely easy-to-use and comfortable Assault Rifle with low recoil and high damage output. This gun is a perfect pick for mid to long-range fights on Urzikstan and Fortune’s Keep, going toe-to-toe with some of the best guns in the game.
6. HRM-9
The HRM-9 boasts an impressive rate of fire at close ranges.
Season 1 Reloaded’s HRM-9 quickly climbed the best close-range weapons list given its remarkable TTK up close. This SMG boasts an impressive firing rate, enabling you to swiftly overwhelm enemies in close-quarters combat.
This gun is extremely reliable in close to mid-range combat, allowing players more flexibility when it comes to creating their loadouts.
5. XRK Stalker – Best Sniper Rifle in Warzone
The Season 2 update gave the XRK Stalker one-shot capabilities in Warzone.
Following the Season 2 update, the XRK Stalker received a major buff allowing it to one-shot enemies at over 50 meters. However, when equipped with the right attachments you can almost double the maximum damage range to make it even more deadly.
Compared to its other one-shot counterpart, the KATT-AMR, this Sniper Rifle boasts great mobility and damage output and resembles the feel of the fan-favorite Kar98k from the first Warzone iteration.
4. WSP-9
A fast-firing SMG is always going to be a hot commodity across any of Warzone’s maps, and that stays true with the WSP-9 in Urzikstan and Fortnue’s Keep. This weapon has gained a ton of popularity given the WSP Swarm nerf in the previous season’s update.
This WSP-9 has great damage, a blistering fire rate, and insane damage, making it a force to be reckoned with in close ranges within Warzone Season 2.
3. BAS-B – Best Battle Rifle in Warzone
The BAS-B is one of Warzone’s most popular weapons.
The Battle Rifle category is often overlooked by Warzone players, but the BAS-B is a difficult weapon to ignore. The easy-to-use gun was an early favorite in MW3 multiplayer, and this has persisted across Warzone.
Its great range, damage, and simple recoil pattern make it a perfect alternative to Warzone’s best fully automatic Assault Rifles.
2. AMR9 – Best SMG in Warzone
The AMR9 has a blistering fire rate in Warzone.
Following the Season 2 buffs and nerfs, the AMR9 managed to overtake the HRM-9’s spot as the best SMG in Warzone. After gaining enormous popularity following the WSP Swarm nerf, Season 2 positioned it as the best pick for short-range combat.
This SMG has incredible damage, fire rate, and mobility, which will give you an advantage no matter which map you choose, whether it’s Urzikstan or Fortune’s Keep.
1. RAM-7 – Best gun in Warzone
The RAM-7 is one the most versatile Assault Rifles in the game.
The fan-favorite RAM-7 arrived in the first season of Warzone. Following the weapon changes introduced, and despite its nerf in the Season 2 update, it managed to hold the best weapon in Warzone spot.
This weapon is remarkably user-friendly, boasting swift kill rates and showcasing an impressive headshot multiplier for those with accurate shots.
That wraps up the top 10 weapons in Warzone, but feel free to experiment with some of the other guns on offer as you might just find your favorite.
