According to a report by Insider Gaming, XDefiant has a total of 7.6 million unique players as of May 28, 2024. These comprise players from all platforms, including PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, and the overall concurrent on May 27 alone reached 700,000.

As XDefiant was not released on Steam, it’s quite difficult to find the exact amount of players on PC. Third-party trackers can’t go through the data from Ubisoft Connect, which is the only viable way of playing the game.
Insider Gaming’s reports also revealed that XDefiant managed to crack one million unique players in the first 2.5 hours, and saw numbers of more than three million just 48 hours after launch.
