Call of Duty players can finally visit Verdansk once again when it hits Warzone Mobile on March 21. But with Verdansk constantly evolving and getting the ’84 overhaul, which version of Verdansk is playable in Warzone Mobile?
Verdansk left Warzone with Vanguard’s launch in December 2021 and ever since, players have been desperate to see it return. Although leaked to arrive with Treyarch’s ‘Black Ops Gulf War’ in late 2024, Warzone Mobile brings the map for everyone on March 21.
But with Verdansk featuring many different iterations over almost two years in the sun, you might wonder which version Warzone Mobile brings. Here’s everything you need to know.
Which Verdansk does Warzone Mobile have?
Warzone Mobile brings the original version of Verdansk that launched on March 10, 2020. This means classic POIs like Dam and Quarry are still there, with POIs like Summit, Array, and the Nakatomi Plaza all missing.
The Stadium will be shut as it only opened up after its roof was blown off on August 5, 2020. Plus, the Train Station won’t be open, and the subway system won’t be there either.
However, we might see the map evolve as it did back during its original run, with the Stadium and Train Station opening up, Zombies arriving, and then it getting nuked to make way for Verdansk ’84. But, we’ll need to wait and see what the Warzone Mobile devs have planned.
