Competitive Call of Duty fans have plenty to discover after Modern Warfare 3 Ranked Play‘s arrival with the Season 1 Reloaded update and the 2024 CDL Major 1 tournament kicking off in January. You can support your favorite team in the league by checking out the CDL Team Pack bundles for MW3 and Warzone.
If you’re looking to take things one step further and earn free MW3 or Warzone rewards for watching CDL matches during Major 1, here’s what you need to know about viewership rewards.
How to get MW3 & Warzone CDL YouTube viewership rewards
ActivisionPlayers can get free rewards by watching their favorite team compete.
To get Warzone and MW3 CDL viewership rewards, you must link your YouTube account to your Activision account. Follow these steps to get this done:
- Go to the CDL’s viewership page.
- Sign in with your Call of Duty/Activision account.
- Hit the “Link YouTube” option in the Link Your Accounts box.
- Select the Activision option and hit connect.
- Sign in to your Activision account and link it to your YouTube account.
- Watch CDL matches on YouTube to earn rewards.
For the 2024 season, CDL matches will stream exclusively on YouTube.
All MW3 & Warzone CDL viewership rewards for Major 1
The 2024 CDL season will offer players plenty of chances to earn MW3 and Warzone viewership rewards, and the Major 1 tournament in Boston will bring its unique rewards.
Watching Qualifier matches throughout the season will allow players to earn Double XP tokens. When it comes to CDL Qualifier matches, players will earn one 30 minute Double XP Token or a 30 minute Double Weapon XP Token for every hour watched, up to 14 hours.
ActivisionEach CDL Major will bring new viewership rewards for MW3 players to earn.

- 1 hour: 60 minute Double XP token
- 1 hour & 30 minutes: Easy Dub Emblem
- 2 hours: 60 minute Double Weapon XP token
- 2 hours & 30 minutes: Flipped A Switch Calling Card
- January 26
- 1 hour: 60 minute Double XP token
- 1 hour & 30 minutes: To The Bank Calling Card
- 2 hours: 60 minute Double Weapon XP token
- 2 hours & 30 minutes: Camper Emblem
- January 27
- 1 hour: 60 minute Double XP token
- 1 hour & 30 minutes: We’ll Be Right Back Animated Emblem
- 2 hours: 60 minute Double Weapon XP token
- 2 hours & 30 minutes: Add It To The Reel Animated Calling Card
- January 28
- 1 hour: 60 minute Double XP token
