MW3 Season 2 introduced the Cryptid Bootcamp event which includes challenges players have to complete to get free rewards. One of the challenges has created confusion, so here’s how to complete the Prophetic Squish Marksman Rifle Conversion AMP challenge in MW3.
Modern Warfare 3 Season 2 brought a ton of new content into the game for players to dive into. This includes a new Perk Vest, fresh weaponry like the RAM-9 SMG and BP50 AR, as well as several buffs and nerfs intended to shift the meta.
Additionally, the new season introduced another event with free rewards and content players can get by playing the game. The latest one, Cryptid Bootcamp, has a variety of challenges to complete in multiplayer and Zombies.
However, one of the challenges has caused some confusion, as the requirements left players baffled. Here’s how you can complete the Prophetic Squsih Marksman Rifle Conversion Aftermarket Part challenge within the MW3 Cryptid Bootcamp event.
MW3 Cryptid Bootcamp Marksman Rifle Conversion challenge explained
To complete the Prophetic Squish Marksman Rifle Conversion challenge in MW3‘s Cryptid Bootcamp event, you’ll need to set up a loadout including Stalker Boots, Threat Identification System Gear, and one of the following Conversion Kits:
- JAK Beholder Rifle Kit (TYR)
- JAK Signal Burst (DM56)
- Full-Auto Conversion Kit (MCW 6.8)

Although the challenge specifies the requirement for a Marksman Rifle Conversion Aftermarket Part, the TYR’s JAK Beholder Rifle Kit attachment effectively converts the Handgun into a “long-range DMR,” causing it to be recognized as a Marksman Rifle in the game.
