The M16A4 is a three-round burst-fire Assault Rifle that you will come across in XDefiant. With the right loadout, the weapon can be lethal and will help you eliminate enemies with ease.

If you’re more comfortable with weapons that are fully automatic, like the AK-47 or even the M4A1, you could take a little bit of time getting used to the M16A4.

So, here’s how you can unlock the M16A4 along with the best loadout that you should be using in XDefiant.

Best XDefiant M16A4 loadout attachments

• Barrel: Heavy Barrel

While you’ll lose out a bit on the speed at which you ADS, the Reflex Sights will help you be a bit more accurate.

To unlock the M16A4 in XDefiant, you need to complete a Base Challenge that requires you to get 20 headshot kills with an Assault Rifle.
