MW3 dataminers have found a new mode titled ‘G3T HIGH’ that’s inspired by Only Up and expected to arrive during Season 3, so here’s everything we know about the parkour map so far.
Modern Warfare 3 Season 3 is adding plenty of game modes into the mix, from new playlists like Minefield and Escort to returning favorites like Capture the Flag. But, shortly after the update went live, dataminers discovered footage of an unannounced parkour mode – G3T HIGH.
So, here is everything we know about G3T High mode in Modern Warfare 3 so far.
MW3 G3T HIGH mode explained
MW3‘s new G3T HIGH mode is a platforming challenge where players must try and reach the top of the map, based on the leaked footage from ‘BobNetworkUK.’ It clearly draws inspiration from Only Up, the PC game that became a viral hit back in 2023.
Assuming it sticks to the same format as the title that inspired it, it will most likely be a long map with no checkpoints, featuring increasingly difficult parkour challenges along the way. These include moving platforms and rotating walkways.

Fall damage is expected to be turned off, but missing a jump or hitting an obstacle will result in a ton of progress being lost, as you will drop back down to the start unless you’re lucky enough to be caught by another part of the course.
Only Up became an overnight success by being deliberately frustrating and notoriously hard to beat, as you essentially have to complete the game from start to finish in one run, or fail and start over.
The leaked clip also shows a handful of targets around the course that can be shot at, but it’s unclear if these grant any bonuses or abilities, or if they’re simply an additional challenge.
Is there a MW3 G3T High release date?
There is currently no official release date for MW3 G3T HIGH, but as a 420-inspired mode, we expect it to be somewhere around April 20. The devs have also confirmed the Blaze Up event coming later in Season 3, so there’s a good chance that it will be an exclusive LTM tied to that event.
It’s worth keeping in mind that this is all based on leaked footage so far and nothing has been confirmed by the devs just yet. We’ll be sure to update this page with more MW3 G3T HIGH details once they are announced.
