A new breakdown has revealed that it would cost Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 players well over $1,000 USD to purchase every single bundle released between Season 1 and 2. For many years now, the Call of Duty series has brought in extra revenue through its cosmetic items, but Black Ops 6 has taken the franchise to another level with new collaborations, events, and more, all introducing a variety of store bundles for players to purchase.
Despite being a first-person shooter set in the early 90s, the game’s multiplayer component has introduced more and more bizarre cosmetic items and operators with each passing season. From the get-go, players made it known they were unhappy with Black Ops 6‘s unrealistic operator skins. Almost immediately, the shooter introduced neon green dragons and fiery red operators, which many believed did not suit the general aesthetic of the Black Ops series. Unfortunately, Activision doesn’t appear to have considered player’s responses to the cosmetic items, as recent updates have added the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Terminator, and many more.

All of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Bundles Cost Over $1,000
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6‘s overpriced store bundles have often sparked controversy among the community, so it will likely come as no surprise that it reportedly costs $1,400 USD to purchase every single bundle released in the game’s first two seasons. The discovery was made by Twitter user Detonated (via Stockpile Bundle Tracker), who recently reported that it costs a total of 190,400 COD Points to acquire all 97 bundles released in Season 1 and 2, which is the equivalent to $1,400 USD. A total of 56 bundles were released during Season 1, which totals up to 108,100 COD Points, followed by Season 2’s 41 bundles, which is then an additional 82,300 Points. With many more seasons still to go, this price will continue to climb quite drastically.
While most of Call of Duty‘s cosmetic controversies revolve around its unrealistic operator skins, Activision has also been heavily criticized for the constantly increasing price of its bundles. Black Ops 6‘s collaboration with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was the latest to draw complaints from players, as it was revealed that those wanting to make the most out of the new event would need to fork out almost $100 to purchase all four Ninja Turtle operators and the new premium Event Pass, which includes numerous other cosmetic items, such as a Splinter operator.
Fans have also been very vocal about the increasing price of store bundles in Black Ops 6. The most recent bundle to be released was Mastercraft: Radiant Blight, which was initially priced at 3,300 COD Points in the game’s files. While its initial price would have made it the most expensive bundle in Call of Duty history, its official release saw the cost lowered to 3,000 COD Points, which equates to approximately $27. The price point still makes it one of the more expensive bundles in Black Ops 6, as there has yet to be a bundle released that costs more than 3,000 COD Points.
