Call of Duty Zombies Fans Need to Keep an Eye on January 24
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies fans suddenly have good reason to be excited for January 24, as that’s the day Treyarch will give them their best look yet at The Tomb map. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies has been praised for returning to the original round-based format, with fans currently having three Zombies maps to explore in the game.
At launch, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 had two Zombies maps: Terminus Island and Liberty Falls. Then, as part of Black Ops 6 Season 1, Treyarch released the third Zombies map Citadelle des Morts. Fans expected a longer wait for the fourth Black Ops 6 Zombies map, which is why the confirmation that the next map would be coming alongside Season 2 came as such a surprise.
When is the Next Black Ops 6 Zombies Map Trailer?
Friday, January 24
While Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies fans wait to see The Tomb gameplay trailer, they can check out screenshots of the new map in the meantime. As part of the Black Ops 6 Season 2 reveal, Treyarch shared screenshots of The Tomb, showcasing some of the key areas that make up the new Zombies map. In total, there will be nine areas for Black Ops 6 Zombies players to explore when The Tomb goes live, and some of these will undoubtedly be shown off in the gameplay trailer dropping on January 24.
Treyarch has kept most of what The Tomb entails secret for the most part, which makes sense. After all, it’s better for Black Ops 6 players to play the new Zombies map for themselves and discover its secrets that way. However, it has been teased that The Tomb will feature nods to classic Zombies maps and will see the return of a fan-favorite SMG. More information will come with the gameplay trailer on January 24, but fans will have to wait for the map to drop on January 28 to see everything that it has to offer.
