Call of Duty Reveals TMNT Event Pass

After teasing the collaboration earlier this month, publisher Activision has pulled back the curtain on the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collaboration for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone, revealing all of the rewards up for grabs in the new Event Pass. This marks the second Event Pass to become available in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6‘s life cycle, with the first causing massive controversy among the Call of Duty community.

With the current season of Call of Duty quickly approaching the halfway mark, Activision has now published a lengthy blog post revealing all of the details for Black Ops 6 and Warzone‘s Season 2 Reloaded update. Alongside another massive collaboration with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the mid-season update will also introduce two new multiplayer maps, a brand-new perk, Directed Mode for The Tomb, and much more. As always, the update will also bring a plethora of new weapons to both Black Ops 6 and Warzone, including the return of the iconic D13 Sector from Black Ops 3, which will be included as one of the many free rewards for the new Event Pass.

Activision Reveals Full TMNT Event Pass For Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone

In a new blog post on the Call of Duty website, Activision has revealed all of the rewards up for grabs in the free and premium versions of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Event Pass. After months of leaks and rumors, the highly anticipated Call of Duty x TMNT collaboration was finally announced last week and now fans have their first look at what will be coming to Black Ops 6 and Warzone with the crossover. As detailed in the image below, players who purchase the premium track will be able to earn various weapon blueprints, a calling card, emblem, finishing move, gun screen, and Splinter operator skin. The free version will include two operator skins, a spray, emblem, sticker, loading screen, weapon charm, attachment, and two new weapons.

When developer Treyarch Studios teased a “rip-roaring projectile armament” earlier this year, fans quickly speculated that an iconic weapon from Black Ops 3 would be returning. Now, with the full reveal of Season 2 Reloaded, it has been confirmed that the D13 Sector (now known as the D.13 Sector) will be making its debut in Black Ops 6 as a new special weapon. This blade launcher is a “variant” of the infamous D13 Sector and comes with a quick reload speed and “several powerful attachments” that allow players to unlock new projectile types, such as explosive and ricochet blades. The D.13 Sector will be available for free for all players but must first be unlocked in the new TMNT Event Pass.

Although there’s plenty of great rewards up for grabs in the new TMNT Event Pass, the last time Activision introduced more paid microtransactions into Call of Duty, it didn’t go too well. Black Ops 6‘s collaboration with Squid Game caused multiple controversies earlier this year, with players mainly being unhappy over the introduction of the Event Pass. This was the first time such a feature had been introduced to Call of Duty, and fans weren’t happy with the shooter now having a free and paid seasonal Battle Pass, a premium Blackcell Battle Pass, and now a free and premium Event Pass. Just like the Squid Game Event Pass, the TMNT Pass will be priced at 1,100 COD Points for the Premium edition.
