Treyarch announced Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be crossing over with The Terminator for a limited-time event during Season 2. In addition, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 players will be able to buy new operator skins based on the original The Terminator movie shortly after the second season begins.
Black Ops 6 Season 2 begins on Tuesday, January 28 with several new content additions to both multiplayer and Zombies. Players can expect new weapons and gear, five new maps, new and returning game modes, and much more over the course of the season, which is expected to last well into March 2025. Season 2’s new weapons, weapon blueprints, and Mods may be obtained from new limited-time events, which include Shadow Hunt, St. Patrick’s Day: Clover Craze, and the new crossover event featuring The Terminator.
Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Launches The Terminator Event During Season 2 on February 6
- Players can earn rewards by collecting skulls from enemy kills before February 20.
- Rewards include an AEK-973 Marksman Rifle Full Auto Mod and a new PP-919 SMG weapon blueprint.
- Tracer Pack: The Terminator Operator Bundle will be available with the following items:
- The Terminator operator
- “T-800” and “Titanium Core” Ultra Skins
- Four new weapon blueprints
- “T-800 Style” Finishing Move
- “Tracking… Tracking…” Emote
- “What Pain?” Emblem
- “Lookin’ Fly” Calling Card
Like previous collaborations, the Black Ops 6 store will be updated with a new paid Tracer Pack for The Terminator shortly after the launch of Season 2. The “Tracer Pack: The Terminator” Operator Bundle will be available featuring the new operator, the “T-800” and “Titanium Core” Ultra Skins, four new weapon blueprints, the “T-800 Style” Finishing Move, the “Tracking… Tracking…” Emote, the “What Pain?” Emblem, and the “Lookin’ Fly” Calling Card. The price for the Tracer Pack was not announced yet, and Treyarch plans to reveal more information about the new Tracer Pack and the new crossover event at a later date.
Before Season 2 begins, Treyarch will release a gameplay trailer for the new Black Ops 6 Zombies map “The Tomb” on January 24. The new map will be available right when Black Ops 6 Season 2 launches on January 28. Zombie kills in The Tomb will count toward progression of The Terminator event once a new update arrives on February 6.
