All new weapons in MW3 & Warzone Season 5

The Season 5 update will introduce new weapons to the gun pool in MW3 and Warzone. These include two powerful weapons that could shift the game’s meta, along with some special additions to keep things interesting.

Here are all of the new guns in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 5.

Warzone & MW3 new weapons in Season 5

Season 5 will introduce four new weapons, including the Static-HV, STG, Spear, and Torque 35. The first two will be available once the update arrives on July 24, while the remaining two will be released with the mid-season update.

Static-HV SMG

MW3 Warzone Season 5 Static HV SMG

Season 5 brings the new Static-HV SMG through Sector 6 of the Battle Pass. This “bite-sized LMG” boasts a “high fire rate and significant ammo capacity” chambered in 5.7x28mm which could prove an excellent choice to overwhelm players at close ranges.

STG Assault Rifle

The STG has been featured in over 10 Call of Duty titles.

The “hard-hitting” STG Assault Rifle returns and can be unlocked via the Battle Pass Sector 7. Similar to previous versions, this gun will have an easy-to-control recoil pattern and carries the iconic iron sight freeing an extra attachment slot to maximize its power and dominate the long-range meta.

Spear Melee

MW3 Warzone Season 5 Spear Melee

If you prefer close combat, the Spear Melee will be your weapon of choice. Available with the Season 5 Reloaded update through the Classified Sector of the Battle Pass, you’ll have three of these when you spawn to either throw, use for striking enemies in close quarters, or pin enemies against a wall.

Torque 35 Launcher

The last CoD game to feature a usable bow was 2020’s Black Ops Cold War.

Although labeled as a Launcher, the Torque 35 is a “compound bow with 20 retrievable arrows” featuring a red dot sight for accurate shots and a unique weapon inspection.

The weapon delivers great handling, allowing for quick follow-up shots. Similar to Rambo’s bow from Warzone Caldera, the more you pull back, the greater the power and speed of the shots.

Additionally, the Gunsmith will let you equip various ammunition types, including arrowheads with “thermite, explosive, and gas cartridges.”

No matter which weapon you pick once Season 5 launches on July 24, make sure to use the best controller settings and audio setup to rack up kills and XP to unlock all the new content.
